  I invited the owner of Air Experts to my home to quote me on replacing two four-ton units. Paul arrived on time, introduced himself with a handshake and then proceeded to cover his work boots with protective booties so that he would not track dirt onto my floors. How many contractors are that thoughtful and professional?
  
  After assessing the situation, he promised he would get back to me with a price after he configured the units and accessories I would need. He stood by that promise providing me with a thorough quote within an hour.
  
  The price was right, the service was exceptional and his professionalism is unsurpassed. Paul is self-employed and based upon my experience, I think Paul will continue a strong business based upon the many referrals he receives.
