  I have to give Jonathan's Cleaners Five PLUS Stars for his excellent customer service! I had a concern about a piece of clothing that I had brought in. Jonathan immediately contacted me to resolve the issue. He is a great example of an owner that cares about his customers and is quick to remedy the situation.
  I would hope other small business owners would follow his example.

  This was the worst experience I have had at a dry cleaner's. Upon first walking in, I spotted several bugs on the floor. The employees seemed extremely unconcerned. There was also a foul smell in the facilities. I still decided to give the place a chance and give them my clothes. I spoke with the owner, John, who was anything but helpful. He completely excused my concerns and was not friendly to speak with.
  Upon returning to pick up my clothes, they had somehow managed to lose one of my shirts. I was not compensated for this mistake, nor did the employees seem to care. The entirety of my experience was very unprofessional, and I would not recommend anyone to use their services. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way in which John handled the business. A business owner should be more caring and willing to help the customers. If you so choose to use this dry cleaner, good luck.
