  Called them based on these great reviews. The person answering just said "hello" and sounded confused when I tried to confirm that I had reached JBC. Then I asked about my issue and suddenly, the call got disconnected. Attempts to call back were sent straight to voicemail that wasn't functioning. If it wasn't for all the great reviews, I'd think that I dialed the wrong number and hadn't called a business at all. Very odd.
